It happened under the administration of George W. "Chimpy" Bush!!!!
Obama has yet to enact any kind of stimulus! The whole thing happened under the Bush watch -- you know, just like the Sept. 11 Terrorists attack. Bush and Cheney (Mr. 5-time draft dodger) were in charge, and were repeatedly warned about Bin Laden.
It all reminds of another great Bush disaster -- Katrina. You remember that? Dead bodies were floating in the streets, corpses were being eaten by rats -- George W. observation was, "You're doing a heckuv a job, Borwnie!"
ass,,,,,et,, again. Tell me WHAT did Bush have to do with Katrina. With your windy proclamations,,we should have stuck you in New Orleans and you could've "blew" Katrina back to sea. You are such a waste of blog space.
Notice how Nobama did not refute that the TARP thing was Bush's baby, even though Nobama tried to pin it on President Obama.
Also, here's what Bush had to do with Katrina -- He was so inept, and so out of touch, he didn't hear about until his aides told him to turn on CNN. While people were drowning and starving, he did nothing to LEAD.
He also appointed a former race horse breeder to be the head of FEMA -- another one of his incompetant cronies.
Thus, in the aftermath of Katrina, Bush was AWOL, much like he went AWOL from his cushy National Guard gig, which helped him skate out of Vietnam.
Bush shows a pattern -- he was warned about Katrina, did nothing. He was warned about Bin Laden, did nothing. Etc.
