I am not the one who clearly doesnt know what it means to be a Christian. And you sir are the poor pathetic individual that would support a deceiver like Obama. Obama does not know what a Christian is...because unlike Obama...I know there is only one way to heaven...and that is through Jesus Christ.

Excuse me, but the title of this particular blog is "Is America Ready for a Muslim President?" isn't it? And, your blog is making a claim that Mr. Obama is a Muslim, is it not? It is hard to take you seriously regarding Mr. Obama's abortion record, "gay agenda" etc, when your opening statement is a bald-faced lie!

Here is something from the Bible you might want to consider:

Exodus 20:16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour. (Since you seem to be lacking some critical faculties, sir, this is the Bible's admonition to NOT LIE.)

Jesus said in Matthew:

19:18 He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, (Jesus is reiterating the commandment not to lie.)

Now, can we agree that you have lied? Regardless of whether this is your blog or not, that doesn't give you the right in the eyes of JESUS to lie, and it opens you up, my friend, to a lawsuit for LIBEL.

A Muslim (Arabic: مسلم‎) is an adherent of the religion of Islam.

One of the verses in the Qur'an makes a distinction between a mu'min, a believer, and a Muslim:

As shown in the Quranic passage cited above, early Muslims distinguished between the Muslim, who has "submitted" and does the bare minimum required to be considered a part of the community, and the mu'min, the believer, who has given himself or herself to the faith heart and soul.

In an interview with Nicholas Kristof, published in The New York Times, Obama recited the Muslim call to prayer, the Adhan, "with a first-class [Arabic] accent."

So where did he learn that? The Muslim call to prayer is part of the learning of the hadith and is instrumental in the upringing of a child of islam. His mother and father were muslims, his step father was a muslim...In an interview with the New York Times, published on April 30th, Maya Soetoro-Ng, Obama's younger half sister, told the Times, "My whole family was Muslim, and most of the people I knew were Muslim."

So what is it? In Islamic culture...a muslim is a muslim for life. Since he didnt belong to a bible preaching believing church...could a man really find Jesus?

I think Fred is missing the point of the article that regardless of what faith Obama claims he is not a Christian and that is a fact. And regardless of other means of being a decent person as a Christian there is only one way to salvation and that is through Jesus Christ. True Christians are those that are not afraid of their faith, are able to share their Born Again status and are believers in the word of God not just selective passages and those that fit ones needs.

Obama has consistently voted to uphold a woman's right to kill babies, he has also consistently voted to support the gay agenda, gay 'marriage,' gay adoption, and special rights for gays.

While only God can judge a man's heart, I do not think Senator Obama can call himself a Christian yet deny the basic tenets of the faith and rewrite them to suit his own purposes.

But Obama says it depends on how this verse is heard. According to Falsani, Obama thinks that “all people of faith — Christians, Jews, Muslims, animists, everyone — know the same God.” Well for one... Jews do not have the new testament, this is not part of the Koran so what is Obama talking about. Point is he doesnt know and is trying to cover his lack of true knowledge of scripture or faith.

If that is so, Jesus wasted his time coming to Earth and he certainly did not have to suffer the pain of rejection and crucifixion if there are ways to God other than through Himself.

Here’s Obama again as mentioned by dapa1 earlier: “I don’t presume to have knowledge of what happens after I die. When I tuck in my daughters at night and I feel like I’ve been a good father to them, and I see that I am transferring values that I got from my mother and that they’re kind people and that they’re honest people, and they’re curious people, that’s a little piece of heaven.” I believe in transferring values, ethics, and other things to my children but my biggest respobsiblility is their Christian education. The forementioned make them better in the community as they grow but only the Christian Education gives me the satisfaction that they one day will join me in heaven as the Lord proclaims.

Any first-year seminary student could deconstruct such “works salvation” and wishful thinking. Obama either hasn’t read the Bible, or if he has, doesn’t believe it if he embraces such thin theological gruel.

Obama can call himself anything he likes, but there is a clear requirement for one to qualify as a Christian and Obama doesn’t meet that requirement. One cannot deny central tenets of the Christian faith, including the deity and uniqueness of Christ as the sole mediator between God and Man and be a Christian. Such people do have a label applied to them in Scripture. They are called a “false prophet.”

I hope some national journalist or commentator with knowledge of such things asks Obama about this and doesn’t let him get away with re-writing Scripture to suit his political ends.

Muslin or not, Christian or not........... if there is one thing we can no for sure.... he is no Christian.... the debate is still out on the Muslim notion and his links to the Muslim and churches that are not Christian including the filth coming out of the church he just recently ended his so called membership with.

You have convinced me that Mr. Obama is not the man to vote for. Reading about Mr. Obama's support for the gay agenda had me throwing up in the toilet last night.

However, you have still committed the sin of not following the ninth commandment and need to pray to god and confess to man for your sin.
