He has found a new way to raise taxes.  All he has to do is appoint somebody to his cabinet. Soon enough it will be discovered that they owe hundreds of thousands of dollars in back taxes and will have to ante up.  Best of all it won't disqualify them from their position.  Fraud begets fraud in La La Land.
